Bodybuilding SA reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so. The user shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Bodybuilding SA websites. 

 

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bodybuilding SA reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as it sees fit by posting the changes on www.bodybuildingsa.co.za these changes are effective immediately upon posting and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms & Conditions. 

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card for the cancelled amount.

PAYMENT POLICY

Bodybuilding SA accepts payment in various ways; you can pay for the goods you have ordered by: 

  • Paying directly on the website by using your credit card (Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted)
  • Using your Internet Banking and paying via an EFT
  • You can make a Direct Deposit 

FOR INTERNET BANKING & DIRECT DEPOSITS: 

When you place your order online you will receive an order numberand our banking details in the confirmation email. Use this order numberas the reference when you make the payment from your Internet Banking or when you go to the bank to make the Direct Deposit. Once you have made the payment please send us a payment notification, this is the EFT Proof Of Payment or a copy of the Band Deposit Slip, so that we can send out your parcel as soon as possible. Payment Notifications can be emailed to info@bodybuildingsa.co.za or faxed to 086 664 1745.

Credit Card Fraud
Bodybuilding SA acknowledges that Credit Card Fraud is a growing concern for customers purchasing goods online and because we take credit card fraud very seriously we have taken all the necessary steps to limit our customers being susceptible to this kind of fraud. As well as taking all the necessary steps to limit Credit Card Fraud the Bodybuilding SA website uses one of the best credit card facilities in the industry, PayFast, for all credit card purchases online, and PayFast ensures all users of Safe Secure Transactions.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Bodybuilding SA accepts the return of goods purchased on the Bodybuilding SA website only if they are unopened and in their original condition. Should you return the goods within 14 days of receipt we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. 

  • Defective Item

Bodybuilding SA will only accept the return of defective goods if they are in their original condition. Bodybuilding SA does not accept the return of opened products unless the product is deemed defective. In the event that you have opened a defective product then you can send the product back (The return shipping costs are incurred by you) to Bodybuilding SA and we will give it to the manufacturer for inspection; only if the manufacturer deems the product to be bad you can then choose to either get a full refund (including your return shipping costs) or get another product. 

  • Cancelling An Item

Should you request the cancellation of an item14 days after receipt Bodybuilding SA will refund you the full price of the product (Less shipping fees if applicable) only if the it is unopened and in its original condition. For the cancellation of items either contact Bodybuilding SA via telephone on 0861 000 638 or send us and email to  info@bodybuildingsa.co.za  and tell us why you want to return the product and we’ll give you all the necessary details on how and where to return the item.

 

OTHER

Bodybuilding SA reserves the right to cancel orders (full order or partial) where item(s) ordered are not in stock. Alternatively, we reserve the right to charge a new price for any or all of the products on the order should the supplier have increased their pricing for products in question.
